To evaluate your loan application, verify your eligibility, provide our services, and comply with legal obligations, we collect the following information:

A. Information You Provide to Us

· Application & KYC Data: Your complete name, date of birth, gender, and details from your valid government ID (e.g., SSS ID, UMID, Driver's License, Passport number). This includes a photo of your ID and a real-time selfie for liveness detection and fraud prevention.

· Employment & Financial Details: Your current employer's name, business address, and contact information; your job title, length of employment, and gross monthly income. We may request documents like your latest payslip, Certificate of Employment (COE), or bank statements for verification.

· Contact & Residential Information: Your current and permanent home address, personal mobile number, and email address.

· Financial Account Details: Your nominated bank account or e-wallet details (e.g., GCash, Maya, bank account number) for loan disbursement and collecting repayments.

· Reference Information: Names and contact numbers of your immediate family members or close friends as character references.

B. Information Collected Automatically

· Device & Technical Metadata: Information about the device you use to access our App, including device model, operating system, unique device identifiers (IMEI, IMSI), IP address, and mobile network carrier. This data is crucial for security, preventing identity fraud, and ensuring technical compatibility.

· Usage & Interaction Logs: Details of your activity within the App, such as the timing and frequency of your logins, pages visited, and features used, to improve our service and for security monitoring.

C. Information Accessed with Your Grant of Permission

To enhance the accuracy of our credit assessment and facilitate secure transactions, we request certain permissions. Providing this access is voluntary but may be necessary for your loan application to be processed and approved.

1. SMS Messages

· Purpose: Primarily to automatically verify your declared income by detecting salary deposit notifications from your employer or bank. It also assists in assessing your overall financial behavior by identifying regular bill payments and other financial commitments.

· Our Pledge: We employ on-device processing to filter and analyze only transaction-oriented SMS from recognized financial institutions and service providers. We do not access, read, or store personal chats, private messages, or security OTPs.

2. Contact List

· Purpose: To simplify the process of providing your reference contacts and, in strict accordance with the law and as a last resort in collections processes, to establish communication in case of a loan default.

· Our Pledge: We access your contact list selectively for these explicit, legitimate business needs. We do not harvest or store your entire contact list on our servers.

3. Installed Applications

· Purpose: To help build a responsible financial profile by recognizing your engagement with other regulated financial service applications, which contributes to a holistic risk evaluation.

· Our Pledge: Our analysis is limited to identifying the types of financial applications present. We never access, monitor, or extract data from within any other application on your device.

4. Camera & Gallery

· Purpose: To capture images of your government-issued ID documents and a live selfie for our mandatory Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and anti-fraud verification procedures.

3. How We Use Your Personal Information

Your data is processed lawfully and transparently for the following purposes:

· Loan Application Processing: To verify your identity, assess your creditworthiness and repayment capacity, and make a fair lending decision.

· Service Provision & Management: To disburse approved loans, service your account, process your repayments, send important notifications, and provide customer support.

· Security, Fraud & Crime Prevention: To protect our platform, detect and prevent fraudulent applications, identity theft, money laundering, and other illicit activities.

· Debt Management & Collections: To send you repayment reminders and, if necessary and legally permitted, to communicate with your provided references in the event of persistent default.

· Service Improvement & Development: To analyze aggregated, anonymized data to enhance the App's features, user experience, and security.

· Legal & Regulatory Compliance: To fulfill our reporting and audit obligations to Philippine regulatory bodies, including the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

4. How We Share and Disclose Information

We do not sell your personal data for marketing purposes.
We may disclose your information under strict confidentiality agreements in these limited scenarios:

· Credit Information Corporations (CICs): We are required by law to submit data regarding your loan performance (both good and bad standing) to accredited CICs such as CIBI Information, Inc. or TransUnion Philippines.

· Trusted Service Partners: We engage reputable third-party vendors for essential services like cloud infrastructure, SMS delivery, payment gateway processing, identity verification, and collections. These partners are bound by contract to maintain the same level of data protection.

· Legal and Lawful Requests: When mandated by law, regulation, court order, or a valid government request, or to protect the vital interests, rights, property, or safety of Easy Peso Pro, our users, or the public.

· With Your Explicit Consent: For any specific purpose outside the scope of this policy, where we will seek your clear, prior consent.

5. Data Security, Integrity, and Retention

· Security Measures: We implement a comprehensive framework of organizational, physical, and technical safeguards. This includes encryption of data in transit (using TLS) and at rest, strict access controls, regular security audits, and secure data center facilities.

· Data Integrity: We take reasonable steps to ensure the personal data we process is accurate, complete, and up-to-date for the purposes for which it is used.

· Retention Period: We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined herein, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (which may require retention for several years post-account closure), and to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
